This website is operated by RockTopTEES, operated as a sole proprietorship. The store may operate under the brand name RockTopTEES.

Products

RockTopTEES sells made-to-order printed products, apparel, accessories, home goods, digital products, and related merchandise. Product images, mockups, colors, placement, scale, and previews are for visual reference only. Minor variations are normal for made-to-order production.

Orders

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate, including product selection, size, color, quantity, email address, shipping address, and billing information. You are responsible for reviewing your order before completing checkout.

Pricing and availability

Prices, promotions, product availability, product specifications, and shipping options may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information.

Payment

Payment is required at checkout. Orders may not enter production until payment is authorized or received. We may use third-party payment processors to process transactions.

Made-to-order fulfillment

Most products are produced after an order is placed. Because of this, orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started. Estimated production and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guarantees.

Cancellations

Orders may be eligible for cancellation within 6 hours of purchase, but only if production has not already started. Cancellation requests must be submitted through our Help Center.

Shipping

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Production time and shipping time are separate. RockTopTEES is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, or incorrect delivery scans outside our control.

Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Because most products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size/color selection after production starts.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, graphics, logos, text, product names, collection names, images, and other materials on this website are owned by RockTopTEES or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, RockTopTEES is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any order-related claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or order.
